Signs of Alcohol Problem: How Do We Know if We Have to Open Up the Heart and Mind to Someone?

Question by Into My Heart You Whisper: How do we know if we have to open up the heart and mind to someone?
What are some good signs?
Thank you so much for your answers may give clarity to some confusions.
I wish you moments be bright!!

Best answer:

Answer by ?Oatmeal is good for you.
I am under the impression we should open our hearts and minds to all. This is the way of love. If you pick and choose who you open your heart to, you are judging them as worthy or unworthy. Everyone is worthy of love. not one exception.

Peace and love :)

Is It Depression, Schizophrenia, or Something Else?

Question by Babs Mcgee: Is it depression, schizophrenia, or something else?
Here are the symptoms:

Total apathy

Lost formerly excellent sense of humor

Lack of motivation

No friends

No social skills

Used to have panic attacks, just got over them

Can’t complete thoughts or concentrate

Ignore everything people say and just don’t care

Tired
I just can’t RELATE to people. My mother said that she’d never seen me empathize with anyone. I’m not mean, but I just don’t care. I can’t understand them, and I’ve just given up.
Um, actually Momo, everyone DOES NOT have panic attacks. Everyone IS NOT depressed and lacking motivation.

I’m not going to kill myself, or take medicine, or label myself as “mentally ill”, but if I do have a “condition” I’d like to be able to label it in order to do research. I want to experience a full range of both positive AND negative emotions. The problem is right now I’m not getting any.

My Way Out of Hell, Not the Hell After Death, What Are Your Thoughts?

Question by Ken: My way out of Hell, not the Hell after death, What are your thoughts?
Hell- Not a place after death. Not a place of burning fire and lava. But a emotion that is always motive that will continue. Hell is the symptom that causes depression. And where there lies depression are problems. This Hell is refered to clinical depression, that causes this sympton.

Problems that others may have similiar but not exact. These problems are what makes you unique. Not to be rude. But the problems never end and sometimes you got to figure out. figure out how to describe to yourself what your problem is. Work with it. But not everyone can solve that problem and will need to ask for help. But the problem is not what problem is now. Your problem now is getting the help you need to satisfy your need whatever it may be. But someone isn’t always going to be able to help you with your problem, you must go back to step one and desribe to yourself what your problem is.
