Help for Children of Alcoholics: Can Someone Tell Me What This Is I Have?
Question by : Can someone tell me what this is I have?
First of all I have little or no confidence and low self esteem.
-I have the fear of talking to people I don’t know.
-I fear going in front of people I don’t know
I just don’t feel comfortable at all when I have to walk or stand in front of people that I don’t know.
I can’t even walk into a store or stand in front of a classroom to get something or drop something off when I have to. (That’s how bad it’s gotten.)
What I feel like
– I feel stupid
-I feel shy
– My heart starts to pound
-I start getting freaked out
– My whole body just freezes.

I can not tell you ‘have” any thing as I am not a professional and even if i was i have not met and talked with you. However I can tell you, you are not alone it’s quite common what you are experiencing and it seems like you could have an anxiety disorder.
