Paul J. Maidman (May 1, 1981 – April 9, 2010) Paul Jonathan Maidman, 28 years old, was killed tragically by a drunk driver On April 9, 2010. Paul was born May 1, 1981 and was raised in Suffern NY as well as Montvale, NJ. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the United States Airforce. During his 8 years he served our country overseas in Saudi Arabia and Okinawa, Japan. He was stationed in San Antonio Texas as well as Tucson, Arizona. Paul was highly decorated and he received an honorable discharge. Paul was a computer genius, and had returned to school to finish his Masters degree, with the dream of becoming a Congressman Paul was currently working for the Department of Energy. Paul is survived by his parents, Marlene N. Chance of Montvale, NJ, Mark Maidman and Rosemarie Savino Maidman of Suffern NY. Beloved brother of Dawn and Renee Fullerton, Jamie Chance, and Brian, Michael and Jessica Maidman. Cherished grandson of the Honorable Robert and Roslyn Maidman of Boca Raton Fl and John Savino of Suffern NY. Loving Uncle to his Niece and Nephews, Christopher, Michael, Jesse, Sierra and Hunter. Pauls Funeral Service will be held on Thursday April 15, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Scarr Funeral Home Inc Route 202 Suffern, burial will follow at the FW Loescher Veterans Cemetery in New Hempstead, NY. Friends and relatives are invited on Wednesday April 14, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Rockland Council on
