KOTA KINABALU : City Hall has implemented a code of practice at its workplace for the prevention of HIV /AIDS, drug and alcohol abuse. Mayor, Datuk Abidin Madingkir said the implementation of the code of practice will prevent staff from being involved in unhealthy activities.
