Question by Samantha: How do I tell my mom i want to live with dad?
When i was 4 my mom and dad divorced and my mom gained custody. I saw my dad every weekend and every thursday. Just about 3 years ago, my mom and i moved about 45 minutes away from my dad. Now i only see him 2 days out of a month.
Right now, age 15, i live with my mom and her alcoholic boyfriend and my sister. the home isnt really that stable, and its based completely around alcohol. My mom does get physical and we fight constantly. I decided i want to live with my father, but im worried, because i dont want my sister to get hurt or never see me again, because i am her “parent”. I told my mom once before and she hit me. I dont know what to do now.
