i was wondering if there are any long term side effects for taking pepcid AC before consuming Alcohol so i dont turn red. I looked up online and everything, but couldnt really find anything about it. I usually take 1 tablet about 30min to an hour before i drink alcohol so it prevents me from turning red. thx

You are turning red (alcohol flush reaction) because of an enzyme deficiency. Drinking when you have that deficiency means you have a six to ten times greater chance of developing esophageal cancer. Is getting ripped really worth it?
The article I found did not mention any problems, except it masks the issues that come with the glow.
