1) Release Kurt Angle when he asked for it. Kurt Angle even admitted he was grateful for it
2) Payed for Paul Bearer’s surgery that saved his life
3) Numerous former wrestlers have shown their gratitude saying that Vince would help you out if you really need it
4) Getting a wellness policy. Fining superstars for smoking. Less blood. Better health for wrestlers

As for #2, there are many instances in pro wrestling, not just in TNA, where a real life scenario is converted into a storyline.
