My son who is 13 was always a good kid,good grades,and whenever he’d go to someone’s home to play or visit,I’d always be told my son was so well behaved and very polite,and all of a sudden Bam he’s not the same person anymore,he gets in trouble all the time at school,very argumentative,and very disrespectful,and violent,and thinks there’s no consequents,I’ve been dealing with this for over a year and a half,I’ve been to Dr,psychiatrist,hospitals,behavioral school recommend by hospital and medicine for this and I’ve told the doctors there’s no change,and that its getting worse and they don’t seem to get it

It could be puberty, or have you looked into his social life. He could be experimenting with drugs. All the “symptoms” you listed are signs of drug or alcohol abuse. I know every parent would say, oh no, not my child, but it happens even to the best parents.
