Alcohol Signs: Cons: HOW Do You Justify This Contradiction and Call It “Freedom of Speech”?

Question by Ambroas: Cons: HOW do you justify this contradiction and call it “Freedom of Speech”?
Recently, a bill was passed here in Tennessee called the “Religious Viewpoint Anti-discrimination Act”, which now allows students to discuss their religious viewpoints in school. The right is given exclusively to specific students chosen by the school staff that considers the student’s views “neutral”. This bill will blatantly single out students belonging to minority religious and nonreligious factions and demonize them for being “different”; different being something that should be EMBRACED. But the Republican leaders claim that if you object, “then you’re expressing your problem with the First Amendment and not with my bill.”
