Could I Have Ovarian Cancer? Advice Please!?
Question by Toto22: could I have Ovarian Cancer? advice please!?
Hi, I’m 23 yrs. Old, have had not so great health, but normally handle each hurtle well. However, the last 3 yrs or so my health has steadily taken a turn for the worse. This last 8 months about, being some of the hardest. Long story short, I’ve been dealing with all kinds of weird and painful, (some even debilitating), and scary symptoms and “disorders”. Each new, various, “diagnosis” is starting to feel more like a new symptom of something much more serioud and actually involves everything I’m feeling, not just one or two things. I have had my gullbladder removed recently, been diagnosed with GERD, IBS, have a history of ovarian cysts, had a benign bone cyst removed twice in my left lower pelvic region, I have daily pelvic pains that can be so severe I’m bed ridden, lower back pain….etc etc….so tired of one diagnosis feeling right for one or two things for a small amount of time, but my gut telling me something different I have been doing research….and keep getting Ovarian Cancer brought up. The symptoms ALL fit for once. My question is how do I go about getting a doctor to test for this? What do I say? Because I don’t feel like some of my doctors really listen! I’m willing to hear I don’t have it obviously, but want to be sure….and if it isn’t, does anyone have any clue what else could cause the exact same symptoms as advanced Ovarian Cancer? (Ps I didn’t list all symptoms here, some are a little more personal. If you would like/need to know more of my synptoms or any in more etail feel free to let me know. Also I have the Mirena IUD. Can this cuase serious health issues after 4 yrs?) Sorry so long…1st time poster and just real scared and lost on how to start feeling better! Thanks
Natural Bladder Cancer Treatment
Natural Bladder Cancer Treatment
Bladder cancer is the eight most common in females, fourth most common cancer in males, and fifth leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. It is twice as common in Caucasians as in African-Americans, four times more common in men than women, and is usually diagnosed later in life.
Causes and risk factors
The cause of bladder cancer is not known. Smoking is the number one factor associated with bladder cancer. Also linked to bladder cancer are exposure to certain chemicals, such as benzidines, aniline dyes, naphthalenes; radiation exposure; heredity; possibly extremely high consumption of saccharin; a history of schistosomiasis (a tropical disease); chronic urinary tract infections or inflammation; and working in the dye, chemical, rubber, and leather industries.
Signs and symptoms
Often symptoms do not appear in the early stages. The first warning sign is usually blood in the urine. Other symptoms can be pain and burning with urination, increased frequency of urination, and difficulty urinating.

Cervical Cancer – Prevention And Cure
Cervical cancer is the growth of malignant cells in the cervix, the narrow opening of the uterus. Cervical cancer develops slowly from a distinct precancerous stage (dysplasia). Cancer confined to the surface of the cervix is classified as preinvasive, while cancer that has spread into deeper layers or other organs is termed invasive. Symptoms may not appear until the cancer reaches the more dangerous invasive phase; however, with early diagnosis and treatment, long – term prognosis is extremely favorable.
Prevention, women who are sexually active, over age 18, or whose mothers took drugs DES during pregnancy should have a pap smear at least once a year. The cure, preinvasive cervical cancer may be treated by cauterization (burning away cancerous cells), cryosurgery (freezing and destroying cancerous cells) or laser surgery. Preinvasive cancers may also be totally removed during conization or with hysterectomy (removal of the cervix and uterus). Surgery for invasive cervical cancer is usually treated by radical hysterectomy; very severe cases may also require removal of the bladder and rectum. Radiation and chemotherapy may be used if cancer has spread throughout the uterus or to other organs.

Everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer. The statistics show that one in three people will be affected in their lifetime.
