Here is a pictorial depiction of mayors and communities from Jennings, Covington and Minden to Coushatta, Lake Charles, Stonewall, Minden and all points in between — voicing their support of the 20th Annual National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month. This year’s Louisiana festivities will be held in Baton Rouge on the grounds of the Louisiana State Museum within eyeshot of the State Capitol — from 10AM to 5PM with a day of free music, vendors, family activities, speakers, free museum entry and much, much more. Bands include Tab Benoit, Little Queenie, Don Dokken, Soul Rebel Brass Band, the Pfister Sisters, Maggie Brown, Anders Osborne and many more — culminating in a rare appearance by legendary rockers, Jefferson Starship.
