My b/f is acting very weird lately. We have been together for 8 years and I love him more than anything. He has been having dreams of me cheating on him. He is also accusing me of cheating. He found an email I sent to a coworker that said “See you Tuesday”. He told me about it and said it said “Can’t wait to see you Tuesday”.
He seems to be starting fights all the time. It also seems like he just wants to make the worse.
He has also been really down on himself. He says things like “I’m sorry I am a such a disgusting loser”. “I’m sorry I am an alcoholic”. “I’m sorry I hate you”. “I hope you don’t hate me too much tomorrow”.
What’s going on with him? How can I help him? We in a really big fight now (about me cheating, which I did not). How can I get him to realize I didn’t cheat.
P.S. the email was strictly business.

maybe something is going on with him. ask him if anything happen
