I always care a lot about my actions and what people think of me, is there a way or thing to make me care less about this sort of like when u get high or drunk but without having to use weed or alcohol?

Avoid the drugs, I was an addict for years and it all sucks. Exercise dude, get buff and in shape. You’ll be confident as hell if you’re in shape. Plus you get a huge endorphin rush from hard excercise, just like drugs and you feel great. Pax Tecum
