People told me not to go cold turkey just lessen the amount I usually do gradually but that is definitely not an option. Any tips and tricks or steps I can do without paying 12.99 via paypal or whatever the Internet had to offer. Btw I work at a bar where everyone drinks around me and I’ve been drinking for a couple years but this year 2012 started getting heavy with harder booze

Well it will be hard if you work at a bar, that’s for sure. However, I’ll let you in on a secret that has helped me. I do not advise you to follow my footsteps, I only am here to inform you on what has helped me. I used to drink everyday, and after I realized it was really affecting my body, I decided I would try to replace it with something. I decided to start smoking weed. Neither of these acts are healthy for your body, but I would have to say weed is the healthier alternative. After a few days of smoking weed, I had no intentions of ever drinking again, and have remained sober since. I could still drink if I wanted to, but I never have the urge to. I even sometimes wonder why I ever drank when weed existed.
If you are to take this advice, which again I do not advise, be careful. Why? It would only make matters worse if this tip does not work out for you, because you may start enjoying weed, and still continue to be an alcoholic. Don’t start smoking weed and then get caught up in both drugs. Be safe and good luck.
