Well, suppose these are your symptoms:
“A hangover (pronounced /hæng’?v?r/) (veisalgia) describes the sum of unpleasant physiological effects following heavy consumption of a drug. The most commonly reported characteristics of a hangover include headache, nausea, sensitivity to light and noise, lethargy, dysphoria, diarrhea and thirst.
Hypoglycemia, dehydration, acetaldehyde intoxication, and vitamin B12 deficiency are all theorized causes of hangover symptoms.”
Hypoglycemia is low blood sugar. If you have not eaten quite enough at bedtime, you may wake up depleted. Of course, there are other causes for hypoglycemia, but you can start with a bit of bread and butter at bedtime, and see if that helps.
