Is There an Irrational Thoughts Disorder?
Question by Stacey: Is there an irrational thoughts disorder?
I always seem to think irrationally and in black and white – no grey if you know what I’m saying?
Is this a disorder? I have always thought this way and have only just started to realize this isn’t every ones normal way of thinking?
Sorry an example is just thinking the worst out of everything and feeling like something bad will happen all the time. Like if a loved one goes out thinking that they might have got ran over, mugged etc and then convincing myself it really did happen and worrying about it.
