Like, during periods, many women experience breakouts, bloating, headaches, ect. Do you start having these “symptoms” (sorry, I don’t think that’s the right word!) the day the blood actucally starts comming out, a couple days before, or other? Thanks!!! :)

It’s between the week before to a few hours before for different women.
