Alcohol Abuse Advice

Question by creasicle: Do you believe in the idea of “Alcoholism”?
I think it’s just a form of escapism and not dealing with your problems, like people who play the lottery, they know the chances of them winning are tiny but they play week in week out. In my opinion there’s no such thing as alcoholism, I think we could all benefit from better self-control and drinking less. Am I being ignorant?
