Q&A: Is It Okay to Have Sex With a Drunk Girl?
Question by hunter849: Is it okay to have sex with a drunk girl?
Before me and my current GF became official, she and I were at a house party at my best friend’s house (he was married and his wife was 3 months pregnant but she was out of the state visiting her parents).
My current GF, “Jenny”, had been going thru a lot -she had lost her job, her apartment, her car, and her parents had both just overdosed on drugs and committed suicide.
My best friend, “John”, knew that I had feelings for Jenny and he always said that she was “an alcoholic” and had a “serious drinking problem”.
That nite, he kept pouring her drinks and she and I was supposed to drop her back home (she was staying with a girlfriend of hers).
Then John pushes me out the door (there were other people there) and Jenny said that it was okay for me to leave and that she would just have John drop her home in the morning. As I got in my car, John tried to hold Jenny but she walked away …
Other people at the party later told me that after I left, John kept pouring Jenny drinks and that “she was completely gone -wasted!”
Jenny doesn’t like talking about the situation now that she is my GF but always cries in bed saying, “Why couldn’t you have just stayed? I wanted you to stay.”
John told all our mutual friends except me that “Jenny’s a wh.ore” and that he “wore that azz out all nite”.
Jenny went out with John and me again a few times after that and she always left with me …
I’m pissed off at John b/c he knew I had feelings for Jenny and if Jenny had slept with him sober, then I wouldn’t care, but now that she is my GF and regrets what happened that nite -it hurts me.
I’m disappointed that my so-called best friend John would (1) cheat on his wife, (2) cheat on his unborn child, (3) take advantage of a drunk woman who considered him one of her best friends and trusted him.
Am I making too much of this issue or should I confront John and tell him that I don’t approve of what he did and that I can’t go one being friends with a man who would violate a friend’s trust (Jenny’s) and his wife’s???
