Post-production by Disaffected. Recorded by Curly Sound. Filmed on 2/28/10 in Silver Lake, CA. A project spanning two films, depicting a relationship entrapped by codependency and alcoholism. An ambient, industrial music score by REALMZ gives texture to a narrative inspired by abuse and dimishment. To Be Clean is presented in three chapters with a prologue and epilogue -a more traditional structure. Abstraction, in two chapters, is more metaphysical and stylized. Abstraction is both a continuation and new perspective on To Be Clean.
