bad schools, high unemployment, no room for growth and low morale. why is the culture of the islands is to teach the children never to leave home, men taught to fight and “beef”, high alcoholism and even higher percentages of people who smoke the PAKALOLO! where is this island chain heading to? is it going to be an oblivious state of mind????
