Helping an Alcoholic Family Member: I Want to Help People but I Don’t Know How, Advice?

Question by : I want to help people but i don’t know how, advice?
This sounds weird and lame or whatever but i want to help teenagers and young people who are struggling mainly with:
– Bullying
– Depression
– Self harm
– Low Self Confidence
– Family difficulties/divorce/alcoholic parent

haha okay i actually sound so stupid but whatever
its something i’ve been thinking about a lot recently because i’ve been through all of this stuff and i really just want to help people who need someone to talk to or something because i know that would have helped me a lot and i keep hearing about people committing suicide due to bullying and it honestly really makes me sad and angry and i want to help.
The thing is, i really don’t know how? Can you guys think of any ways or give me some advice?
Thanks :)
im 17 btw

Look in the phone book for social agencies that deal with youth. Most have volunteer programs, and would love to have you.
