BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) — Gov. Peter Shumlin and Health Commissioner Harry Chen announced on Friday that Vermont will get a $ 10 million federal grant to expand early intervention and treatment programs for young adults at risk of alcohol and drug abuse.
