im not sure if i should get help or not. really i dont see much that can replace alcohol

When you find yourself doing or experiencing any of the following:
drinking all day long, even in the morning
drinking mostly when you are alone
friends or family have expressed concern
it is affecting your performance in school or work
you find you need to drink more and more to get drunk
