How to Help an Alcoholic Spouse: Plus One Rule at Weddings?
Question by Sassi: Plus One Rule at Weddings?
I’m getting married next summer. I’d like to give “+1” to people in relationships, “+ family” to people with families, and “+ spouse” to childless marrieds. Do I “need” to give a “+1” to singles? A few of my friends are single and their most-recent exes are really bad guys (read: jail, drugs, etc). I’d prefer not having druggies, alcoholics, or stalkers around booze, crowds and food, but I don’t want to seem rude by giving “+1” to some but not all.

First rule, if you are not married you are Single… Only give the plus 1 to people who are married and to families… For people in relationships only do your bridal party… Its not rude and its your day…
