Question by Melissa O: What does a mildly positive Rheumatoid Factor test indicate if the doctor claims you don’t have arthritis?

It means you have the possibility to develop Rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid factor can come & go, as can symptoms. If you are having symptoms as you describe, try going to a diff doc (was it a rheumatologist?)
There are also some dietary things you can do to help symptoms. Certain foods can make you feel worse (ex caffeine & high fat (esp trans fat) foods.
