WILKES-BARRE 8212 Despite recent statistics that show alcohol-related incidents are down on campus, Wilkes University wants to be more pro-active in preventing underage alcohol abuse.Wilkes recently received a 31,582 grant from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to help prevent underage and dangerous alcohol use.
