NH teens and young adults have a drinking problem, statistics show

The state Department of Health and Human Services' Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services released what it called a “issue brief,” that shows that 73 percent of the 18- to 25-year-olds in the state use alcohol, and more than 49 percent binge drink.
