Alcohol Abuse Advice

Question by david l: Why is pot illegal and alcohol not? Pot doesnt make you wreck your car or get aggressive over nothing?
I mean seriously other than lowering your ambition and making you lazy? What harm does pot do? Im referring to the intoxicated state not long term like cancer risk same as cigarettes. 80% of violent crime is committed by someone cause they were drunk, not to mention drunk driving. What crimes are potheads known for? My uncle is a cop and he said you know when someones high on pot cause they go the speed limit and stop at all stop signs.

I have been wondering that for thirty years, in between repairing the victims of the drunks and the drunks themselves. After three decades of work in the ER I have come to the conclusion that the workld is insane.

That’s why I smoke the occasional joint myself.
