Question by : Good medicine to take for period cramps?
I mean like stuff I can find in the counter; Advil, Tylenol, etc. What do you think works best? Or what else do you use?? Thanks:)

Midol. If nothing really helps you, then I think it might be time to go to your doctor and discuss starting Birth Control. Birth Control is often prescribed for severe cramps for periods, not just for preventing pregnancy.
