Frequent Urination?

what is a normal number of times to use the bathroom a day? I seriously have to go like..all the time. It gets to the point that it’s very frustrating when I go out because I have to stop whatever I’m doing so many times to go use the bathroom. some days are worse than others, it seems. I don’t really drink a LOT..usually only when I eat meals.
I’ve heard that frequent urination is a symptom of type 2 diabetes..should I be concerned? or would I have other symptoms? if so, what?
I’ve looked up information about overactive bladder syndrome and people with that usually have problems “holding it in” and sometimes end up going on themselves. I don’t have this problem, but I do have some of the symptoms. when I have to go to the bathroom.. a lot of the time I all at once have to go to the bathroom BAD. it’s not something that sort of..builds up..I just all at once have to go extremely bad.
anybody know what the problem could be?

nope, I don’t drink coffee at all and I mostly just drink ice water.
