She facilitates psychoeducational groups in the Daytime Women’s and Evening Co-Ed treatment programs. Prior to forming Lasting Recovery in 2004, Dr. Saalinger was in private practice for 23 years specializing in chemical dependency, depression, trauma, and anxiety-related issues for individuals and their families. She is the author of the FEARLESS CHANGE program curriculum.
