I really like this guy. He is really sweet,funny and a gentleman. Problem is…he doesn’t know I already had sex. I am 19years old. I don’t have a problem with him saying “I don’t want sex till marriage.” I was actually that way, until 5months ago. Anyways, the problem isn’t that he won’t have sex because i’m totally for that. It’s the fact of telling him.
He was dissapointed that I tried an alcoholic drink. Like a little shot and he had dissapointment written on his face. He’s a really great friend of mine. I’ve known him for about three or four years. So that’s why i’m all worried. I can’t possibly tell him if we ever start dating. But I know I have to. AH! What to do?

Just come right out and tell him that you respect waiting until marriage. But being honest with him is the best choice. He will appreciate it because he will understand that you care for him enough to tell him the truth about it. Just explain to him that you wanted to wait until marriage but it just kinda happened. If he cares about you he will understand.
