Q&A: I Have the Symptoms on an Oncoming Heart Attack Semi-Regularly Apparently.?
Question by Illogicology: I have the symptoms on an oncoming heart attack semi-regularly apparently.?
I was looking at these “signs you might be having a heart attack”
“Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort.
Other signs may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness”
I get chest pains occasionally, I’m hardly the healthiest person in the world. These are also occasionally accompanied by pains in the arms… I’ve yet to have a heart attack though. Just how worried should I be?

Heart Disease Signs Symptoms Information
Of the numerous types of cardiovascular conditions, the one that is most likely to lead to a heart attack is what is known as Coronary Heart Disease or more appropriately, Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). One Condition increased cardiovascular risk is diabetes and high cholesterol level.
You want reduce the risk for CAD. Highly variable cyclic training has been linked to increased anti-oxidant prodcution in the body and an anti-inflammatory response, a more efficient nitric oxide response, which can encourage a healthy cardiovascular system. Also increased metabolic rate response which can assist with weight loos and decrease cholesterol level. To summarize, some of the potential benefits of variable cyclic training compared to steady state endurance training are improved cardiovascular health, increased anti-oxidant protection, improved immune function, reduced risk for joint wear and tear, reduced muscle wasting and increased capacity for the heart to handle life’s every day stressors. In addition, regular cardiovascular exercise can increase the concentration of hemoglobin in blood, allowing the body to become more efficient at transporting oxygen to the cells that need it, as well as removing waste products such as carbon dioxide. Antioxidants protect arteries as well as the heart itself in several ways.

MUTIPLE SCLEROSIS: SYMPTOMS AND DIAGNOSIS
Multiple sclerosis is the inflammatory disease of the Central Nervous System. It affects the ability of nerve cells or neurons in the brain and spinal cord to communicate with each other. There are different types of neuron present in the different parts of CNS. Those in the white matter tissue are most liable to be attacked in multiple sclerosis. This type of neuron is a long thin cell containing the cell nucleus and an elongated strand called an axons. Nerve cells communicate by sending electrical signals to axons which are wrapped in an insulating substance called myelin. In MS, the body own immune system attack the myelin and damages it.
The name multiple sclerosis refers to scars (sclerosis better known as plaques or lesions) particularly in the white matter of the brain is mainly composed of myelin. When myelin is lost; the axons can no longer conduct electrical signals. The main causes of MS are genetic, environmental and infectious.
