If you notice that you have several, a few or a majority of these possible signs of depression, you should seek medical help because it may be a sign that depression is knocking at your door. Lack of motivation combined with permanently sad and anxious thoughts, low sex drive and chronic fatigue are some of the symptoms. Sometimes these signs of depression may only be a temporary phase and may only last a few weeks. Other times, however they are indicators of a debilitating condition which can have a negative impact on our relationships, work and future.

If you find it a problem in controlling your moods, and changes in eating habits , then these could be additional signs of depression and will probably not go away by themselves. If you find that these thoughts are preventing you from doing your work ,then you may want to seek medical advice or at least get informed about the possible treatment scenarios as these could all be warning depression signs.
