I know exactly how you feel. It sucks. I always get it whenever I’m going to school. But what I learned is to do some breathing exercises. Sit in a quiet place if you could find one and just sit back, close your eyes, inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this process until you feel calm.
