Question by Chris: is it possible to enlist in the army with an RE 4 sepeartions from the navy?
I know RE 4 means you can not enlist in any branch but my unit councelor said to go talk to an army recruiter because i got an RE 4 because i had seen a a shrink for a short while and my recruiter said not to tell meps…i really want to serve my country and be in the military i loved the navy but got seperated in basic. Please give some constructive advice.

The RE4 is part of your permanent record. No matter what branch of the service you apply to, they will see the RE4 record. Which will automatically exclude you from enlistment.
