My “family” Won’t Respect Me?
Question by Aia S: My “family” won’t respect me?
My mother and father and not in my life any more–my mom was abusive and my dad, while he’s not a bad guy, is an alcoholic and calls me about once a month for 5 minutes.
What I have left are my grandparents. They are extremely right-wing conservative christian. I am politically identified as progressive, and though they don’t know it, I left the Christian faith some time ago (if anyone posts trying to convert me, don’t bother. If I’m wrong I am content with going to your hell). I adopted my own faith, my own beliefs, and I identify as unitarian.
