Question by D: what effect does alcohol on testosterone levels?
Just wondering because alcohol is high in oestrogen.

I know that if the male body produces too much testosterone it turns it into oestrogen, which im guessing in turn stops the levels of oestrogen.

Theres a cycle going on, If too much testosterone is made then it will stop due to the oeastorgen. But what happens if you drink alcohol, the body might interptret this as too much testosterone being made. Which means that as soon as you stop drinking, your testosterone levels will go through the roof.

Anybody care to clear this up for me, cos i know im onto something here

don’t think the hormone producing neurons are smart enough to be inebriated by the effects of alcohol.
