I’m going through a rough time right now, I’ve never really wanted to get “help” but I really think it’s something I should consider. Can anyone recommend a really good therapist? I have no clue where to begin looking for a good one. I’m 24,Male, and I’m just having issues with a bunch of things right now. I’m not sure what you might need to know if you are to recommend someone who is right for my situation, so i’ll just say a few things that i’m going through… Death of a loved one, breakup, stress from childhood abuse, and sometimes anger and depression.
