Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse has been found dead in her London home, the Daily Mail, the BBC and Sky News are reporting. The Grammy-winning singer, who had a long history of drug and alcohol abuse and spent time in rehab, was found by emergency services on Saturday afternoon. She was 27. According to the Daily Mail, the Metropolitan Police released the following statement:”Police were called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05hrs today, Saturday 23 July, following reports of a woman found deceased.”Most recently, Winehouse canceled a planned European tour after a disastrous performance in June in Belgrade.
