so i was stupid about a week ago and was upset and was around my ex and he was drinking captin morgans spiced rum. he was buzzed and said i could have two shots of it but thats it.. so i took two shots and that was it. I am 6 months pregnant and that was the first and only time i have drank while pregnant. do you think my baby will have birth defects or fas now??? please help i cant stop worrying.

Your baby is fine. Almost all cases of FAS are caused by binge drinking more then 1-2 times a week. Of course there is always a chance but it is highly unlikely. Just DONT do it again! Why risk it? I hope all is well. GL
