How to Help Alcoholics: Can I Get a DUI for Drinking Non-Alcoholic Beer While Driving?

Question by Matt: Can I get a DUI for drinking non-alcoholic beer while driving?
Even though it’s called “non-alcoholic” NA beer still has trace amounts of alcohol in it. But you’d have to drink 100 NA beers to even get a buzz. But just like any beer, you still have to be 21 to buy it. I never ever drink this stuff, but have considered buying some to drink on my commute to work and back. Would I still be arrested for drunk driving if I got caught?

If you are wanting the police to stop you everyday, then go ahead. Personally I don’t understand the non-alcoholic beer concept. I think it would be the same thing as rolling up some lawn grass and smoking it. It taste like weed but doesn’t have any THC in it like weed has.
