Hey,
I hope someone can help cause i really hate doctors soo much. So i’m 15 years old. I have had depression since febuary this year (2011) and under stress. So over this time, i’ve only had 1 period. Other wise i’ve just been getting brownish coloured stuff. For a while i thought maybe it was a yeast infection, but apparetnly not. It is normal that if you have depression to not get periods? what can i do to make things regular again?

Are you eating right? Are you underweight? Sometimes your periods will slow or stop because you’re underweight.
You should go to a doctor even if you hate them, it sounds like you need help.
In the meantime, exercise for at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour at night. It will help your depression. All you have to do is walk.
