EVERETT — A woman who died in July at the Snohomish County Jail apparently succumbed to the effects of chronic alcohol abuse. Kathleen Ann Swann-Deutsch , 51, of Woodinville, died of natural causes, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's office said Tuesday.
