What Is Triple CCC?

Question by ?Mommy of 3?: What is Triple CCC?
About 1:30 am my mom called and said that my sister, cousins, and a friend had taken a lot of pills called Triple C and they were all at the hospital. One of the boys so bad that he was in ICU. I know it’s a form of Cough and Cold Coricidin, but what are the lasting effects of someone taking this. This boy took 30 pills.
he was in ICU for a little while, I guess until his heart rate went down. He’s out of the hospital now.

Although DXM can be safely taken in 15- to 30-milligram doses to suppress a cough, abusers tend to consume as much as 360 milligrams or more. Taking mass quantities of products containing DXM can cause hallucinations, loss of motor control, and “out-of-body” (disassociative) sensations.
