Chuck Fights the Fight Against Substance Abuse
Charles Rosa of Seabrook, NH, lost two sons to substance abuse and he works hard to try to raise awareness to people on the dangers of the habit. Every morning, he takes a dip in the cold Atlantic Ocean in memory of his sons and to keep clean himself as he hopes it will encourage others to find an outlet to do the same.
