I Spelt “spouse” Wrong on My Last Comment, Sorry. My Next Question, How Do I Teach My New Spouse About Bi-Pola
Question by Christine C: I spelt “spouse” wrong on my last comment, sorry. My next question, how do I teach my new spouse about bi-pola
I am in a new relationship with this great guy. He is so calm and collective and very respectful of me. How do I teach him about my bi-polar? to make him understand what it is and how to deal with it in our relationship? he has already seen the “stressed” mood swings already, so how do I stop this from ruining this relationship? He is a great guy, and I really want this to work out good. I am aware of mt bi-polar most of the time and try to fill him in on warning signs, but any more suggestions would be great if someone has any more? are there other people like this out there? I feel alone with my bi-polar, I do not know any other adults, or couples with bi-polar, would be great to meet other people with bi-polar.
As my last comment said. I left a relationship a year ago, the relationship lasted seven years, but it was horrible. how does one not let it happen again?

Ask your Dr. if he can attend your next appointment and have the Dr. explain it. That would be a great start. Also, surf the web and see if you can find an explanation, of what it is. If you want it to work out rely on a professional help.
By going to you Dr. together will show him how dedicated you are to him understanding the disease, and how dedicated you want to be to the relationship.
