If someone occasionally smoked pot does that make them an addict? I see people that clasify people who drink alot but still maintain a average quo life “functioning alcoholics” but people who drink occasionally “normal” so if someone occasionally smokes pot “normal” or would they still fall in the “stoner, burn-out” catogorey? Is there a happy medium? In a sressful world everyone has their crutch, ya know?
