11 Rice students treated for alcohol poisoning at Halloween party

Rice's dean of undergraduates, John Hutchinson, says school officials will meet with the 11 students to determine if they need alcohol abuse treatment. Hutchinson says students organize the party, which has been an annual event since the early 1970s.
